With leadership who founded and manages associations like the Appalachian Construction Users Council (ACUC) and the Construction Users Roundtable (CURT), the Premier Associations Group (PAG), the association management business unit of Sizemore & Company LLC, we have the experience, resources, operational processes, and industry contacts to ensure that each association under management achieves its organizational goals. CURT, for example, is one of the largest and most prestigious construction owners associations in the world, and continues to develop and add value to the construction industry worldwide. In sum, the Premier Associations Group (PAG) has a proven track record for success in managing, and growing, associations within the construction industry.

Greg Sizemore
Leader of The Premier Associations Group
Greg Sizemore is President of Sizemore & Company LLC and leads the Premier Associations Group (PAG). As part of the PAG, Greg serves as Executive Vice President of the Construction Users Roundtable (CURT), a construction industry association he co-founded in 2001, which is comprised of dozens of major industrial owners such as Procter & Gamble, Marathon, General Motors, Southern Company, Duke Energy, and ExxonMobil.
Additionally, Greg serves on various industry and civic boards including the University of Cincinnati’s College of Engineering Industrial Advisory Board, and the Dean’s Advisory Board at the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law. He has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati for over two decades and, in 2013, was the recipient of the “Outstanding Adjunct Professor Award."
Greg holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Cincinnati. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law and is a licensed attorney in the State of Ohio.
Nathaniel Sizemore
Vice Pres. and General Counsel of Sizemore & Company
With a decade of construction industry experience, Nathaniel serves as Vice President and General Counsel of Sizemore & Company LLC, PAG's parent company. Under Nathaniel’s leadership, Sizemore & Company, and its business units, grew to national prominence, developed a national and international client base, and maintains a reputation as an elite staffing and advisory services company in a variety of industry sub-sectors.
Before joining Sizemore & Company, Nathaniel served as a construction attorney with a large law firm in the Washington, D.C. metro area, where he represented owners, contractors, and subcontractors in all aspects of public and private development projects.
Nathaniel holds a B.A. from Furman University, where he was the recipient of the "Political Science Faculty Award" and earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was an Associate Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
Gregory Palmer
Director of Events
Gregory Palmer (fondly called Palmer) is Director of Events for the Premier Associations Group (PAG). As part of the PAG, Palmer has more than 20 years of experience producing professional events - both large and small. He also has nearly two decades of association management experience and has hosted events for associations with crowds of over 600 attendees.
Palmer has served on various civic boards including the Board of Trustees for Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
Palmer holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
