Premier Associations Group (PAG) is a specialized association management company purpose-built for the Engineering, Construction, and related industrial sectors. As the association management business unit of Sizemore & Company LLC, PAG brings leadership experience from founding and managing premier construction associations such as the Construction Users Roundtable (CURT) and the Appalachian Construction Users Council (ACUC). We combine deep industry credibility with disciplined operations, governance support, membership and sponsorship growth strategies, and high-impact conferences, both in-person and online. PAG enables association boards and volunteer leaders to focus on strategic outcomes while we deliver the infrastructure, execution, tech tools/resources, and industry connectivity that help associations grow in relevance, influence, and measurable member value.

Greg Sizemore
Leader of The Premier Associations Group

Greg Sizemore is President of Sizemore & Company LLC and leads the Premier Associations Group (PAG). As part of the PAG, Greg serves as Executive Vice President of the Construction Users Roundtable (CURT), a construction industry association he co-founded in 2001, which is comprised of dozens of major industrial owners such as Procter & Gamble, Marathon, General Motors, Southern Company, Duke Energy, and ExxonMobil.
Additionally, Greg serves on various industry and civic boards including the University of Cincinnati’s College of Engineering Industrial Advisory Board, and the Dean’s Advisory Board at the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law. He has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati for over two decades and, in 2013, was the recipient of the “Outstanding Adjunct Professor Award."
Greg holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Cincinnati. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law and is a licensed attorney in the State of Ohio.
Nathaniel Sizemore
Sr. Vice Pres. and Gen. Counsel of Sizemore & Company
With nearly two decades of construction industry and professional services experience, Nathaniel Sizemore serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Sizemore & Company LLC, the parent company of Premier Associations Group (PAG). Under his leadership, Sizemore & Company achieved national prominence, built a national and international client base, and was twice recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America.

Nathaniel is also the Creator/Architect of PAG’s Commodoor™ platform, a secure, association-focused knowledge system designed to organize, protect, and activate decades of association data, insight, and institutional expertise for association members and industry leaders.

Prior to joining Sizemore & Company, Nathaniel practiced construction law with a large law firm in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, representing owners, contractors, and subcontractors across all phases of public and private development projects.

Nathaniel holds a B.A. from Furman University, where he received the Political Science Faculty Award, and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. In 2025, he was named to the Cincinnati Business Courier’s ‘Forty Under 40’ list.
Gregory Palmer
Director of Events

Gregory Palmer (“Palmer”) is Director of Events for the Premier Associations Group (PAG). As part of PAG, Palmer has more than 20 years of experience producing professional events - both large and small, online and in-person. He also has nearly two decades of association management experience and has hosted events for associations with crowds of over 600 attendees, and in cities throughout the United States.

Palmer has served on various civic boards including the Board of Trustees for Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Palmer holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
